What are they?
Being a part of Woking’s cultural scene, here at Palette we bring a fun and international feel to what we do.  Every month, you can also dive in and get your taste buds going with one of our THEMED WINE TASTINGS!
On the 1st Thursday of every month, we pair up 6 fantastic wines with 6 starter-size dishes!
This is a new format – book your table for any time after 6.30pm and enjoy the wines and dishes in your own time. You are welcome to simply enjoy the combinations of flavours OR you can be guided through your taste experience with presentations on the wines and lots of wine/food pairing hints and tips.
Whether it is for a social evening, a corporate party or simply to improve your knowledge, the evening is set to be fun, informal and informative!!

This month’s guest country is INDONESIA. Hot spicy food can be tricky to match with wine but the right choice can create sensational taste combinations! We’ve selected some of the best spicy wines from around the world that will enhance and complement the exotic flavours of Indonesian dishes to create fabulous flavours. Don’t miss this GASTRONOMIC SENSATION!
