They have a range of state-of-the-art equipment, full disabled access including hearing loops on every floor and free Wi-Fi in all our event spaces and all your guests will have free entry to all the exhibitions on show on the day of your event.

Palette is The Lightbox’s in-house catering team and we have created a wide range of menus to delight your guests with refreshments all day and freshly prepared food.

The Ambassador Room

A fantastic room with stunning views overlooking Woking and the Basingstoke Canal. The room has a display of beautiful art work from the Ingram Collection, natural daylight or black out facilities and air controlled temperature. The Ambassador Room is perfect for meetings, conferences, seminars and training days.

The Main Gallery

The Galleries are ideal spaces for your evening reception, product launches, corporate entertainment and film shoots, giving you an inspiring and refreshing place to fufil your business objectives.   Few venues can boast such amazing spaces, which make an incredible impression on guests; our fantastic exhibitions can add that wow factor to any event.   Hiring out the Main Gallery also gives you free use of the Ambassador Room during your event.
